Architect - Sayali Kapatkar

Hi! I was born in Pune, India and moved to USA in 2006 for education. Since I was kid I always wanted to adopt a girl child when I grew up. Moving to a new country made it little difficult to follow my dream. But now, I have a bigger dream to support as many kids as I can who are not privileged to have their own family, education, food to eat. Over last many years I have volunteered with many non profit orgs, homeless shelters and women shelters in India and USA. I have founded NEST Inc (Nurturing Every Special Tomorrow) to reach as many kids and empower all the schools & orgs supporting such kids.

Cultivator - Shraddha Kamat

I wanted to be a part of NEST because I truly believe every child deserves care, guidance, and a chance to dream big. Orphaned and underprivileged children often grow up without the support system many of us take for granted, and when I got to know about NEST I felt called to step in and help make a difference. For me, volunteering is about creating moments of joy, building confidence, and showing these children that they are seen, valued, and capable of achieving great things just as I was in my growing years.

Lighthouse - Kavita Kanetkar

Worked as technology executive for a decade in silicon valley. I care a lot about kids not having the resources to fulfill their potential due to life's hardships. Wanted to meaningfully contribute to this cause.
